Upon shortlisting the products the order is confirmed giving rise to the execution of the same.
A team of focused individuals comprises our procurement team that takes charge of ensuring that there is at least 1 month of inventory present in order to fulfill the orders the day they are placed. They also have a direct relation with brands to negotiate on behalf of the customers so that they can be assured the best possible prices and an assurance of genuinity.

The products once they reach the warehouse are handed over to the efficient operations team to be dispatched in the highest standard of packaging after undergoing the QC. They have a tie up with leading B2B and B2C courier companies for hassle free and smooth pick up and delivery functions.
After the dispatch of the package, our customer support teams coordinate with the delivery partners from the moment the package is picked up by a delivery agent to transport it to its recipient, fully intact with the relevant invoice and delivery proof for the customers.

Our relations do not end with the delivery of the product as we include support services for a specific time-frame post delivery in case the customer requires assistance upon discovering occurrences such as manufacturing defects in the product that they received to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
